iPhone supports video in H.264, MPEG-4 in .mp4 format, .m4v, .mov formats and audio files in AAC, MP3, M4a, so if you want to put video onto iPhone, you need an iPhone movie converterto change the format. I would prefer mp4 format, since it has a better quality with smaller size.
