How to import Sony/Cannon/Panasonic/JVC Camcorder video to Windows Movie Maker?

Do you shoot videos with a Sony/Cannon/Panasonic/JVC Camcorder? How you do to your camcorder footage, share on YouTube, Facebook, Photobucket, or MySpace?
